Microtherm sensors are used for temperature measurement. The value measured by the sensor is used for overtemperature protection, to trigger functions or to display the measured temperature. With the help of our diverse manufacturing processes, we embed sensor elements in customised assemblies. Our assemblies are developed according to customer requirements, primarily for use in electric vehicles. Depending on the application, these are designed conventionally via a PWM interface or with integrated control via a LIN or CAN interface, for instance.
