ECKERLE GROUP
Bosch Rexroth system elements

Eckerle has been a commercial partner of Bosch Rexroth for more than 25 years. For this cooperation, Eckerle was the first company in Hungary to receive the “Distribution of Excellence” award, which is also a testament to the successful relationship. Eckerle offers the following system components: Assembly technology, linear technology, screwdriving technology, electric drives and control systems.

Busbars, housings and hybrid parts

Eckerle specializes in the production of overmolded metal inserts or stamped grids.
With our in-house production of stamped and bent parts, we can offer an optimised process design for the manufacture of these hybrid parts. Applications include busbars, housings and hybrid parts in battery management in e-mobility, in the ventilation of vehicle interiors and in wiring solutions for the stators of electric motors (switching and contact units).

Brush holder

Most DC motors require a brush holder or brush carrier – i.e. an assembly contacting the rotor in which both the carbon brushes and other electromechanical components are located.

CNC parts

The performance range in the area of computerised CNC machining is extensive – from prototypes and small series to the production of medium series. We also offer component assembly as an additional service.

Rotors and stators

Rotors and stators are used for cooling combustion engines, but are also used for cooling tasks in battery management.

Schmidt press technology

Eckerle is a certified sales and service partner of SCHMIDT® Technology in Hungary. The portfolio includes the following Schmidt Technology presses: manual presses, pneumatic presses, hydropneumatic presses, electric press servo presses, control systems and software.

Special machine construction

Eckerle designs and constructs fully semi-automated and manual production lines. These are ideal for assembly technology, for screwing, pressing and for assembling components from several individual parts.

The production lines from Eckerle include systems such as: automatic stations, controlled assembly lines, rotary tables, conveyor systems, pressing stations, screwing stations, manipulators, individual part magazines, pick-and-place palletising systems, U-cells, welding and soldering systems, testing stations, etc.

Stamped and bent parts

With an annual production capacity of over 10 million parts, we manufacture conductor tracks, busbars and stamped grids in various designs for our customers. This includes the production of stamped grids for further processing in-house. Punching of Christmas tree geometries, pin geometries and welding forks. Processing of various materials such as brass, bronze and steel strips in material thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 1.2 mm. In-house toolmaking for the manufacture of punching tools as well as for maintenance and repairs.

Manual production systems

The individual components supporting production are solutions that overcome physical barriers and special features in production, make production more time-efficient or organise manual work content according to lean principles. For instance: Work tables, material storage and material transport trolleys, protective housing and racks, lifting and rotating units, pneumatic lifts, conveyor belts, etc.

Brushless components

Components in the brushless motor for customer-specific solutions.
These complex hybrid parts are used especially in switching and contact units in electric steering or braking systems.
