Optical and technical components for sanitary

Technical components made of glass fibre-reinforced high-temperature plastics to replace metal. These components are found in the bathroom / sanitary area behind plaster or in the fittings. A particular requirement is to guarantee high pressure flow rates and the permanent alternation of cold and hot water. The strict tolerances of the injection moulded components are based on the dimensions of metal components. This is why the design of the cooling circuits, the tool concept and the equipment used during production are key to the quality of the final product ready for series production.
